  1. Clean the area where the oil will be applied (hair, scalp, skin, or body).
  2. Take a small amount of coconut oil in your palm.
  3. Warm gently by rubbing between your hands for easier application.

For Hair & Scalp:

4. Massage into the scalp using circular motions.

5. Apply along the hair length, focusing on dry ends.

6. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight, then wash with a mild shampoo.

For Skin & Body:

7. Apply directly to skin and massage until absorbed.

8. Ideal for daily moisturizing, especially after bathing.

For Massage or Makeup Removal:

9. Use a small amount to gently massage or cleanse makeup.

This pure organic coconut oil by Shat Pratishat is extracted from the Coconut Fruit (COPRA) by cold pressed method. It is made from finest grades of coconuts from India.
